Gel-Kayano Legacy x GmbH
Description
The German fashion brand led by Benjamin Huseby and Serhat Isik, GmbH, has just teamed up with ASICS to create the Gel-Kayano Legacy model. This new silhouette combines nightlife and club culture with ASICS’ timeless heritage in time for the Gel-Kayano’s 30th anniversary.
This Gel-Kayano Legacy has a wide-holed mesh base in white showing off a black underlay. Shiny white leather overlays crisscross the entire upper and match the Tiger stripes on both sides of the shoe. Black repeats on the lateral toe accents, the sock liner, the eye stay accents and the heel panels. White Japanese kanji characters depicting the Kayano brand and the ASICS logo can be found on the triangular tongue labels. ASICS branding in white stands out on the black insole on the right shoe whereas GmbH branding is featured on the left insole. A pitch-black sole unit with GEL cushioning technology rounds out the style of this shoe.
