Japanese label Needles is part of the Nepenthes stable, the same people responsible for the output of Engineered Garments and Rough and Tumble. Although Needles have a reputation for utilizing deconstruction as a method of creating their clothing, it is their sportswear-inspired pieces that have garnered much interest in recent seasons.

Continuing their experiments with vintage sportswear shapes and motifs, the Side-Line Seam Pocket Easy Pant has been cut in Japan and comes in a green colorway. The fit is roomy in the thigh with a sharp taper to the cuffed hem. Contrast piping on each leg has been paired with a drawstring waist, four external zipped pockets, and subtle embroidered logo branding.
